  1. Still waiting on the September 6-7 meeting minutes…

  2. I’ll definitely attend this, especially since I only live about an hour’s drive away.

  3. Please, someone put on the agenda a discussion about moving the 2012 convention up to 2011!

  4. At least one of us plans to attend this.

And remember, never piss off an engineer.

  5. That “at least one of us” would be me.

I encourage *all* LPCA members to attend, and everyone else, too.

    Let’s make the meeting SRO.

And bring your video cameras, blogging devices, and tar and feathers if necesary (The rail is outside as part of the light rail system).

  6. I totally agree with you, Roscoe.

  7. Mike,

    I’ll bring my video camera.

  8. The rail is outside as part of the light rail system….Michael Seebeck

If a person wants to ride free-market rail transportation (San Diego), you also need a time machine to show up before 1949 to ride the street cars.

“San Diego’s streetcar system had been replaced with buses in 1949” per Wikipedia

Y’all enjoy your ride on Commie-rail.

  9. Hey, C Al, dontcha get a joke? Apparently not.

And your information is obviously out of date:

The Green Line goes right by….

  10. RE: jokes
If you plan on ‘running-someone-out-on-a-rail’ (@ LNC), your choice of rails there is the San Diego Trolley system, which was created and run by a government entity. Some might argue that the cars were built by ‘free-market’ entities (German made), and some might argue that the rails were made by ‘free-market’ steel factories (US made), but unlike the street-car sytem prior to 1949, the new system is owned and operated by the government.

Y’all enjoy your ride on Commie-rail.

(even to someone who might be ‘run-out-on-a-rail’)
