My sources tell me that the law suit in NH has still not been filed.
Given that Barr has made it onto the ballot in NH, is it really likely that they will still try a lawsuit?
It would seem to me that it would be far harder to get the courts to buy off on removing you from the ballot than it might have been to have had him substituted for you…
Given the lack of resources that both Barr and the LP seem to be suffering from, I can’t see that the gain from bumping you off the ballot would be worth it…….
(I figure they’d get more bang for their buck by joining your sign purchase deal…)
