Supreme Court: Oral argument re Second Amendment

The Supreme Court website has released an mp3 file as well as a transcript of the arguments in DC v Heller, the current Supreme Court case regarding the Second Amendment right to bear arms, and its application in Washington DC.

    I think the Supreme Court will rule that the Second Amendment guarantees an individual right, but that government can restrict that right in just about any way it sees fit. “Shall not be infringed” being willfully ignored by them.
